Accidents that result in damage to the vehicle, such as abrasions or car indentations due to the tenant’s mistake either intentionally or unintentionally. A kalaim fee of IDR 500,000 will be charged only for cars that have had minor accidents.
Severe or severe accidents that result in perforated cars, cars that cannot run, burn or break glass caused by the tenant’s negligence, whether intentional or not. An insurance claim fee of IDR 2,000,000 will be charged and rental fees during vehicle repair, calculated according to the daily rental price of the vehicle undergoing repairs.
If the car is used on inappropriate roads. As in extreme terrain for off road, muddy, rocky terrain or steep hills. Then all damage due to the above use, fully borne by the vehicle tenant.
We do not allow car rental for racing activities, both official and unofficial races. If there is damage to the vehicle, then all damage due to use above, is fully borne by the vehicle tenant.
