Must hold a valid driving license (SIM) appropriate for the vehicle type (SIM A for standard cars, SIM B for larger vehicles).
A minimum of 2 years driving experience is recommended.

Every unit is delivered in clean and roadworthy condition; please return it in the same state.
Renters are fully responsible for caring for the vehicle throughout the rental period.

All vehicles come with standard insurance ( TLO Insurance ) covering:
The rented vehicles are covered with standard insurance, namely Total Loss Only (TLO) Insurance. This insurance provides:
Basic protection against accidents: Compensation for vehicle damage caused by accidents, but only if the damage exceeds a certain threshold (typically more than 75% of the vehicle’s value).
TLO insurance does not cover all types of damage, especially minor damages that do not reach the total loss threshold (75% of the vehicle’s value).
However, the renter is fully responsible for:
Any damage that exceeds insurance coverage
Lost or stolen vehicle parts
Any traffic violations or penalties during the rental
We highly recommend driving carefully and respecting local traffic laws to stay safe and avoid complications.
We understand that plans can change. So here’s how we handle cancellations:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
If canceled, the daily rental fee for 1 day will be charged, and the insurance protection fee is non-refundable since it is registered with the insurance company.
Booking changes may result in extra charges, depending on vehicle availability.
To maintain comfort and cleanliness for everyone:
Renters are expected to keep the vehicle clean.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all ICAN RENT CAR vehicles.
If cigarette odor or damage from smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged. Let’s keep the ride fresh and clean for the next renter! 🚭
All vehicles are for use within the territory of Indonesia only.
Use of the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-roading is not allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of misuse.

Rules for handing over car units to be rented:
1. Delivery Time:
– Make sure to pick up the car according to the time agreed upon when making the order.
– If you are unable to collect the car on time, please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
2. Document Requirements:
– When handing over the car, make sure you bring the necessary documents, including a valid driving license
(We do not hold your documents)
– If you are an additional driver, make sure you also have the necessary documents.
3. Joint Inspection:
– Our staff and you are required to make a video of the condition of the car (the staff delivering the car) at the start of the rental and keep the video until the end of the rental period.
– Before receiving the car, we will carry out a joint inspection of the condition of the vehicle.
– Make sure to check carefully for any damage or problems with the vehicle before leaving the drop-off location.
– If you find damage or problems, immediately report it to our staff or admin so they can record it in the contract document.
4. Cleanliness and Fuel:
– Make sure to return the car in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the cleanliness of the vehicle.
– The vehicle must be returned with the same or equivalent amount of fuel as when it was delivered.
– If the vehicle is returned in unclean condition or with an insufficient amount of fuel, additional fees may be charged.

We only require a small cash deposit, we don’t ask you for your credit card number and we don’t keep your documents. Only Pay USD 100 as a security deposit on pick-up, We accept any currency, just pay equivalent of USD 100 in your country currency and the same will be refunded when rental is finished.

2. Location Choice: As a renter, you can usually choose different car pick-up and drop-off locations. For example, you can pick up a car in city A and return it in city B. However, please note that not all locations may be available for one-way service, and availability may vary depending on distance and time (Very long distances and Holiday Times of this service are of course a more expensive)
3. Distance Restrictions: Car rentals apply distance restrictions for one-way services. This means that there are certain distance restrictions that the renter must follow when using the car. If the specified distance limits are exceeded, the renter may be charged additional fees.
4. Car Type: One-way car rental costs may vary depending on the type of car rented. Luxury cars or higher class cars have higher rental costs than regular cars.

If during the rental period, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle as stated below, we will reimburse you for the amount stated in the Table of Benefits that you must pay in respect of such loss or damage.
• Vehicle Theft
You are covered for any costs incurred in connection with incidents of theft, vandalism, or attempted theft.
• Windshields, Headlamps & Other Lights
You are covered for any windshield, glass, or minor damage costs including chips, cracks, replacement, and installation.
• Tires
You are protected for all costs incurred in connection with repairing or replacing punctured tires.
• Key Coverage
You are covered for all costs incurred in connection with replacing lost or stolen rental vehicle keys, including replacement keys and locksmith & key delivery costs. You must follow the guidelines set by the rental company.
• Towing Costs & Roadside Assistance
You are covered for any towing or roadside assistance costs following loss or physical damage or mechanical failure to the rental vehicle resulting in a bill to you that has not been and will not be reimbursed by the rental company. If towing charges are due to “lost keys” or similar key-related issues, drivers must follow the processes and guidelines specified by the rental company. If the towing company handles the vehicle and is not an authorized locksmith, and if the rental company’s process guidelines are not followed, the associated costs will not be recoverable through this plan.
• Administrative costs
You are covered for any rental company costs associated with processing your collision or damage event. This includes but is not limited to handling fees, transportation fees, postal fees, accident fees, administration fees or other similar things.
• Vehicle Dropping/Relocation
You are protected for any shipping costs you incur if an accident occurs that requires the vehicle to be relocated from the accident scene. Loss of Use Fees
You are covered for any rental company costs associated with the loss of use or sale of the rental vehicle while the vehicle is off the road being repaired.

2. Do Down Payment for Car Rental or Tours
Make a down payment, we usually ask for a down payment as confirmation of your booking, usually IDR 1,000,000 or a currency equivalent. Remaining Bill can be paid by cash or transfer upon pick up.
3. Interbank Payments via Transfer
Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a popular online payment platform that allows users to send and receive money internationally at a low transaction fee. At ICAN RENT CAR, we offer interbank payments via Wise, which is the cheapest transaction fee option for international payments. This payment option is suitable for travelers who prefer to pay online and want to avoid high transaction fees.
4. Paypal Payment by Credit Card
Paypal is a popular online payment platform that allows users to pay for goods and services using their credit cards. At ICAN RENT CAR, we offer Paypal payment options for car rental. This payment option is suitable for travelers who prefer to pay by credit card and want to have their expenses covered by their credit card company. For those who use Paypal we add a 7% fee to the total bill
